Sr. Trade Support Engineer Roles & Responsibilities: The primary task for this individual will be to provide day-to-day support of our technology Infrastructure, consisting of Lenovo laptops, HP desktop PCs and Dell blade workstations using the Windows Operating System. In order to support the current day-to-day service needs and expanding user base we are looking for a technician who has Trade Support and general financial system support knowledge. The team is responsible for the core transaction, position and cash balance reconciliation platform. Development work includes creating and maintaining ETL packages, Windows Workflow rules, a large SQL codebase, web and WPF-based user interfaces, and integration with a third party reconciliation software package.
