Job Description
Millennium Information Services is expanding in your area. We are looking for independent contractors to perform exterior, Mid-value, High-value, and other appointment based case in a local territory. Fees vary based on type of inspection, time-frame, client and location. High and Mid value cases require an appointment to be set. These types of inspections require interior and exterior photos and information gathering on higher end homes in your area and require a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities include taking digital photos of residential properties, documenting any hazards on property, determining type of building material, and diagraming the property .
Specific requirement for the contract include:
o Inspection and/or field survey experience preferred, construction and or real estate experience in lieu of inspection experience considered
o PC experience
o Complete background check
o GPS Digital Camera
o Cell phone
o PC with High Speed Internet Access
o Mapping software or GPS
o Measuring Wheel
o Fold up 17 foot ladder
o Dependable Vehicle in good condition
