Room for rent weekly or monthly in Plattsburgh, New York For Sale

I have a room downstairs in my house that is fully furnished. Clean organized house with no pets and no smoking. I have been considering renting it out if the right person were to come along as I am a private and quiet person with not a lot of through traffic. I figured there might be a person out there it might help. The room has a Loft bed, a small sofa, a dresser and chest of drawers, some decors and also a 47 inch flatscreen already mounted on the wall. Cable and internet is included. There is also a small kitchenette attached to the room. Because I had to consider this, rather than jump in head first I would prefer to rent out on a weekly basis so that I can get a feel for who I am renting to. I am asking $200 weekly. However, that might be negotiable. I'm sure that is understandable.
