I am a 28 year old female who is a home owner in Camillus and is looking for a quiet, young, professional to share my home with. The house is a 3 bedroom ranch style with updated 1 & 1/2 baths (no private bath), brand new kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances, finished basement with family room, and laundry room. For when it's nice there is a large deck with brand new patio furiture and a huge yard. There is a garage that depending on the size of your vehicle we both can park in during the winter, I will also have a plowing service when needed. I do have some pets, 2 cats and a older rescue dog who can be a bit unfriendly at times. Patience with my dog would be appreciated and just remember she is more friendly when I'm not around. I would like references to be provided along with current job details and I will gladly do the same. Rent would be $600 and that would include everything water, Nimo, plowing and VIOS.
