Professional woman mid 30's living in a 2BR APT is looking for a roommate, The bedroom for rent is furnished with a single bed, tv stand, good size closet and AC unit. $850 monthly includes ALL utilities (electricity, gas, internet, cable) and covered parking spot. Buses just out of complex. Occasionally overnight guest is fine but not in a weekly basis. Apartment is located on the third floor, no elevator, and we will share kitchen , bathroom and living room. Sorry but no pets allowed There's washer/dryer and dishwasher in the unit PS asking for one month security and first month of rent AVAILABLE OCT 1st
