I'm a graduated student of Clarkson. Now I'm seeking roommate. I come from China. I do not have any bad behaviors which will trouble others, so I want a roommate with no smoking, little drinking and will clean the apt every month. This is a 2 bedroom upper apt, which is 0.5 mile to campus. The apt has one living room, kitchen, bathroom as shown in photo, and two bedrooms, the bigger one is 15 m2, the smaller one is 10 m2. (my current roommate has some stuff in the room so I do not post the picture) The apt has hot water, heating, gas and internet, which will cost about $80-120/mon. This is not included in rent, but we can share these costs. The total rent is $525/mon, you can choose the bigger one (for $300/mon) or the smaller one (for 225/mon).
