Large Privately held management company is looking for a Regional Manager to oversee their portfolio of approximately 1,600 - 1,800 conventional apartment communities in the Rochester market.
Some qualifications for this position include:
4-5 years in the property management industry (2+ as a Regional or managing a 900 unit+ property)
Great leadership skills
Light travel
Train, motivate, inspire team
Strong budget, financial skills required.
