Job Description:
REGION MANAGER
Join our Seasonal Corporate Team. Lead and implement Marketing and Sales initiatives. Oversee the operation of a dynamic, Seasonal enterprise in major retail and shopping center venues.
The Region Manager is a team leader responsible for a number of sites in a geographic area. Travel and presence on site is required. She or he coordinates and brings teams, team members and the experience together by creating the harmony supporting the Magic. Perform and train all team roles. Our Season is intense.
The role: manage, train, and schedule teams; maintain budgets, achieve goals, control expenses, and protect assets; identify current and future customer requirements including availability of product and services; promote and secure merchandise and technology; maintain site cleanliness, safety and team dress code; create remarkable visitor experience; utilize our web based productivity and reporting tools.
Job Requirements:
Leadership, Marketing, Sales, and Technology skills required.
Full-time availability during the Holiday Season with intense commitment.The willingness to learn is essential.
