Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Manufacturing Quality Manager's role is to ensure compliance of manufacturing processes to customer requirements by the Quality team, and to ensure company:defined process requirements are met as well as alignment with the company's Quality Management System.The Quality Manager is an active participant in all below:mentioned activities to provide direction and positive influence within the manufacturing environment.- Quality yields on all customer products- Management of RMA/Return process and timely processing of non:conforming product- Supplier NCR/CAR- Management of any 3rd party resources utilized for quality purposes- Process/Product compliance- FAI/PPAP activities management- Prev./Predictive Quality- Training system compliance- Quality spill resolution- CAR resolution- Calibration- Process scrap- Supplier Quality- Manufacturing process auditsRequirements:- Engineering degree- Strong communication skills- Failure Process Analysis- Risk Management- Efficiency in manufacturing: Kaizen, etc.- Process data reporting, technical documentation, and customer feedback- Internal quality audits, statistical process and quality control- Demonstrated experience reading drawings and material specifications- Experience with basic metrology tools such as calipers, micrometers, rulers, etc.
