Allstate Insurance Company Agencies in the St. Albans area are experiencing dynamic growth, and are focused on finding energetic candidates to join their team! In an Agency staff position you will have the opportunity to work as a member of a team of professionals dedicated to providing insurance and financial products to help customers protect their homes, cars, lives, and retirement incomes.
Allstate Exclusive Agents are independent contractors representing Allstate and are not Allstate employees. As an agency staff member, you will be an employee of the agency and not of Allstate Insurance Company or its affiliates. Agency staff members perform a fundamental role in servicing customers, supporting agents and building strong relationships with the community.
Job responsibilities may include:
Telephone prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
Selling Auto, Home, and other Products
Generating quotes
Cross-selling existing customers with other Allstate products
Conducting policy reviews & update policies
Processing payments & reporting claims
Providing excellent customer service
Relationship building
Networking
Requirements include:
Property & Casualty and/or Life, Accident & Health licenses
Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
The ability to multi-task; and a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service.
