JOB DUTIES: Pick, Pack, and Ship Packages Pick products; retrieve correct products from shelves and verify accuracy Prepare shipments; pack products to ensure damage free and professional appearance Ready pallets for Supply Chain Transfer (SCT) Inventory Stock boxes, Bubbles, Ice, Shippers and other material used for shipping Stock Cardboard Trailer with monthly box shipment Maintain Shipping Logs to facilitate organization and quick location of processed orders Data Entry Enter orders into Shipment Validator to show they have been received Separate orders off the printer and place into correct picking bin Required Skills: Knowledge of packing/handling Dangerous Goods is considered an asset Excellent communication skills; fluent English and basic French (oral & written) required Attention to detail is a must A positive attitude with the ability to work in a team Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) required; Syspro/Vintara is an asset Good communication skills; fluent English (oral & written) Knowledge of Hazmat guidelines Works with accuracy, speed, efficiency and organization Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Required Experience: One (1) to four (4) years' experience in shipping - Pharmaceutical industry an asset High School Diploma required (Forklift certified is considered an asset) If you feel that you have the skills required for this Shipping Clerk position and would like to join the pharmacy compounding industry, apply now.
