The Director of Surgical Services is responsible for direction of patient care in the operative environment. Coordinates day to day clinical and non-clinical activities of Surgical Services of NMC including preoperative, interoperative, PACU postoperative and Central Sterile. Directly supervises clinical and non-clinical personnel, while coordinating all aspects of surgical patient care at NMC. Formulates budget for department. Demonstrates and provides leadership competencies for the department. Five years of OR experience. Minimum two years of supervisory experience. Minimum three years staff experience.
