Job Description
Northsight Management is a nationwide property preservation company based in Scottsdale, AZ. Currently, we are looking to hire new vendors for weekly maintenance of foreclosed residential properties for lawn care in Clinton county, NY and surrounding communities.
Prior positions may include: Landscaper, Landscaping, Lawn care, Lawn Care, Groundskeeper, Grounds Keeper, Grounds keeping, Lawn Mowing, Mowing Lawns, and Mowing Services.
All vendors must have their own equipment to include a mower (Zero-Turn-Walk Behind preferred) weed eater, hedge trimmers, weed sprayer and reliable transportation.
Northsight management is using Pruvan, a Smartphone application to access and submit all work orders and photos. All vendors are required to have a Smartphone (Apple or Android) with an Active Data Plan.
The Pruvan app. will guide you thru the order submission process along with all required photos for documentation and quality assurance. No more picture sorting and uploading at the end of the work day. A minimum of 25-30 photos are required for each property.
Vendor will be required to have a computer for daily access to vendor portal site.
All vendors contracted with Northsight enjoys a weekly paycheck and helpful customer service representatives.
